Overall, I'm very frustrated with the service. It took two full days (one for diagnosis, and one for replacement of part) to simply replace a camera - no parts held, courtesy vehicle situation a joke, slow service on check in (waited 40 minutes)

Continual Failure to fix the problem related to Emergency Call System NOT Working, message on Dashboard in place of showing the Car's Mileage. Reported and incorrectly fixed this last 12 months! Fails within 2 weeks of supposed fixing.

I've been using BMW Stevenage for nearly 44 years and until Sytner took over I was always offered lifts from and back to the service office. I was advised that lifts back to your office are not now provided. That's disappointing and more difficult

Service was completed with no issues but the prices you charge for oil. Is a blatant ripoff. I appreciate it takes 7 litres of oil but your markup is horrific and not value for money at all.

I have to tell you I haven't had a service at Stevenage, never even been there. I live in Worcestershire so I use Sytner at Worcester, but when I have used them I have been completely satisfied, both with their service department and with the new car

The customer service from the call staff when I booked in my appointment and had my car recovered to the garage was very good. However the after service was poor, I left the garage with an engine light on and a quote of £1,200 to investigate further

Ollie could not have been kinder or more helpful. My husband is very poorly so getting to and Stevenage was a challenge to say the least. Ollie was very reassuring and said just to leave collection of the car until it was convenient for me.

They offered to do remote software upgrade for an astronomical price of £195 ,As this couldn't be done by myself through the app. Also I had to chase Sytner to get car booked in for starter recall from my intial correspondence .

The transmission system on my X5 is still not smooth running despite new tranmission fluid, filter, tyres, software reset, the work done and taking all day on last visit just for brake fluid change and the reset. 8 am appointment . Work started 1pm

Overall, it was very good. The only issue was that my car was only supposed to be in for 1 day to have the work carried out. Then I was informed that it would be a week. The next day I was informed that it would be ready the next day.

Went in in person to book in recalls. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Same when I dropped car off. Different attitude when collected car and pointed out faults. "New faults because reset means working better and picked up new faults"!

Very welcoming receptionist. Passed me over to someone who would handle my case whilst the car was there. He almost immediately arranged for a senior technician to look at the issue who turned up in less than 5 minutes. Issue was promptly sorted .

Generally satisfied. Following a fault covered under warranty my car was going to have to stay in longer which was a hassel to deal with as it meant I'd have to swap cars rather than keep the courtesy car I was in.
